Eximia’s experts analyzed together with the customer its needs along the entire supply chain. We then implemented RFID infrastructure at Xerjoff’s headquarters for product labeling and shipping list composition.
We used RFID/NFC tags to ensure unique identification of products and to enable connection with customers’ smartphones, which can then authenticate items in real time at the point of sale. This also allowed the company to increase customer engagement.
Thanks to our software, each product is assigned its final destination (Distributor/Retailer) which can be verified in the post-sale phase using a tag verification function.
